2019年，CMR產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟標(biāo)委會正式成立，并開展標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化相關(guān)工作，截止到2022年，CMR產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟共發(fā)布團體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)14項，涵蓋“基礎(chǔ)類、規(guī)范類、方法類、檢測類、產(chǎn)品類、器件配套類”6大類，從行業(yè)的各個細分角度都開展了完善且細致的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化制定工作。
